Refund Policy

This policy explains when we refund payments for Delyst subscriptions and credit packs. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record, but refund requests can be made directly to us at support@delyst.com and we will issue the refund through Paddle.
1. Monthly and yearly subscriptions — 7-day money-back
New paid subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, write to support@delyst.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
After the 7-day window, subscription fees for the current billing period are non- refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
2. Subscription renewals
Renewal fees (second and subsequent periods) are non-refundable once charged. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the billing dashboard, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
If a renewal was charged in error because you had cancelled before the renewal date, write to support@delyst.com within 30 days and we will investigate and refund the charge if it was indeed an error on our side.
3. Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. The refund rules are:
- Unused packs (0 credits consumed): full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used packs: no refund. Credits do not expire as long as the account is active, so you can keep using them.
- Credits debited by failed AI calls: we automatically re-credit the account when an AI call fails on our side. No action needed from you.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading from one plan to another charges the prorated difference for the remainder of the current period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period (we do not pro-rate downgrades).
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — in most cases we can resolve the issue faster and without the friction of a disputed transaction. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.
6. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law. If you are an EU consumer and the 14-day EU right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, the 7-day guarantee above does not replace it — you can still exercise your EU withdrawal right where applicable.
7. How to request a refund
Write to support@delyst.com from the email address on the account. Include the order reference (visible on your receipt from Paddle) and a one-line reason. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and issue eligible refunds within 10 business days of confirmation.
